    Sentinel Engine, Knowman and Flow Audit: AI assistants and evaluation in Python, with business rules in code. Flow Audit (in development). Led a 3-person team at the Factored AI & Data Hackathon 2026.

    Claro Colombia account. Catalog Product Owner in SAFe.

    • Led the product catalog for three product lines, the single source of truth for BSS, rationalized from more than 2,000 offers to just over 500.
    • Led the catalog workstream in the 2024 migration from CBiO 17 to DMP 22.
    • Built a RAG pilot for the BSS program and reached the final of Ericsson CNS's global AI hackathon (2023).

    Entel Chile account.

    • Took part in the modernization of Claro's OSS/BSS platform (2018–2023).
    • Built the tools behind BUCO Express, Claro's recurring offer-update service, in use from 2021 to 2026.
    • Helped model the Triple Play offer in Entel Chile's product catalog.

    Oracle OSM order orchestration for Azteca Comunicaciones, ETB and UNE.

    2001 – 2013
    • Designed and built SIP+, a BPM engine for Telefónica Venezuela: in production within six months and in service for more than seven years.
    • Created Beetask, a BPM SaaS prototype that reached the final round of Telefónica's Wayra accelerator (2013).
    • Maintained SART, Telefónica's transmission-network management tool, and helped migrate it to Huawei.
